I cannot recommend Bridger’s Law enough. We instructed them for buying our first home based on the competitive prices but had no idea of the additional support they would provide. Duane saw us through the process of purchasing the first property, which unfortunately fell through. He gave us great advice and was very understanding when we decided we no longer wanted to go through with the purchase. When we’d found another property, Duane was encouraging again and quickly restarted the process for us. Lauren then took all matters forward and really fought our corner to get our exchange and desired completion date through. She was communicative on both phone and email and really kept us in the loop with all aspects of the process. We have now completed and would always use and highly recommend Bridger’s law.

He handled both the sale and purchase of our properties and went above and beyond our expectations with what proved to be a very difficult purchase. Communication was fantastic as he was readily contactable at all times and his professionalism throughout the process was commendable. I would therefore use Hetts solicitors for anything I require in future.

I cannot recommend using David Gray as your solicitors highly enough. The staff are always courteous extremely efficient and diligent. I used David Gray for the sale of one property and purchase of another property and preparing a new will. They have been extremely professional and quick with their work. They have kept me informed at all times and ensured at a stressful time they did not add to it in the slightest. It was a relief knowing you had a solicitor fighting for you and getting the jobs done with no prompting and always on time. Do not go with who your estate agent recommends just come straight to David Gray. One for the extremely efficient service but also for the price. Their prices are competitive and now that I have paid I would say cheap for the service they provide. I would like to single out Matthew Smith who helped the moving process go as smoothly as it did.
