I feel people should know what a terrible solictors this is. After a family bereavement I was instructed that these solictors were dealing with the last will and testament of my relative only to be sent on a wild goose chase that has brought nothing but heartache for us. The secretaries pretend to be solictors, when you phone up they pretend not to be themselves by saying “she is not in the office at the moment”? The only way of response we have had is by way of an unsigned emails. I tried to report this to the law society and they explained that the office manager should look into it for us but why would she when she is the one pretending to be a solicitor. I have had confirmation from the law society that there are only men solictors registered there. So please beware that your personal information could be sent to who ever these women think it might cause interest for as We’ve had our personal data shared. A solicitor swears an oath. And I’m sure their secretary’s must sign some sort of commitment to. But unfortunately this doesn’t apply here. As 10 months later we are still waiting for a truthful response. I am not saying the solictors themselves have broken any rules as unfortunately we have been blocked from making an appointment with any of them. But be careful what you say to those who answer the phone! How is this respectful to our loved one who can no longer represent themselves. It’s heart breaking knowing their wishes have been ignored. Had to leave one star to post this. But truthfully it’s no stars!
