I had an appointment with MR Saynor who specialises in employment law. It was about being discriminated in work as a result of my disability. I was surprised I could not find any email or letter from him which he said he would send. I tried to look thoroughly and could not find anything. I also felt judged by my interaction with him and didn’t feel he was empathetic to my situation. I called up Frederick Hall a few weeks later and they said they would get back to me, then a week after that I sent an email still no response. It has now been over 2 months and I still had no contact. They were happy to take my money and as a vulnerable person I don’t feel I received a service I expected.
