I have appointed Bird & Co. for the sale of a flat in London. The procedure was smooth, the solicitor professional and the costs reasonable. Regarding timing, we encountered some communication difficulties and delays in the initial phase, although I clearly expressed the need to close the matter urgently. Delays were absorbed later on with a very focused service and a fast contract completion. In general my feedback is positive.
