I have never dealt with solicitors as bad as Marshall hall levy . I have been trying to contact them to deal with my case they had taken on with the sale of my property .The shop shut down they all worked from home , nothing was being done no emails answers no phone calls . The sale on my property is about to fall through and all people involved in the chain are being let down because of my bad choice of solicitors not responding to other solicitors involved . I would never use this company again .

I have never had a problem communicating with Ross Coates. However this morning, I spoke to a receptionist who was extremely rude, and unnecessarily so. When asking how she was, she abruptly said she was in the middle of doing something and didn’t have the time to comment on her health. We are all in the middle of doing something and, for someone whose main job it is to be warm and welcoming on the phone and is often the first point of contact for new business, this needs to be addressed. The rudest receptionist I have spoken to without a doubt.
