I originally decided to use Mustoe and Shorter because I wanted to use a local solicitor. I ended up with a solicitor from northumberland 400 miles away (I was living and buying a house in Dorset). The solicitor only worked three days a week Mustoe Shorter did not tell me about this (I was told by the estate agents). I even had to ring them up to ask why they had not sent me any paperwork after four weeks of employing them.Even though the staff were friendly I found getting information difficult and have decided never to use them again.
