I really regret having to write this review because I was happy with the service that i received from Adrian noble who was dealing with the sale of my late dad’s bungalow.The problems arose with our buyers solicitor who for some reason seemed to stall the sale.It was a simple sale. No chain vacant possetion cash buyer. And yet we were still awaiting completion 9 weeks from the buyer putting in an offer due to unnecessary searches and a very long time in between my brother and I signing contracts and the buyer being called in to sign hers. If it hadn’t been for the fact that me and the buyer were in contact and she made a fuss we would still be waiting for completion now.
