I should have learnt my lesson from the first time I used them. No words can describe how terrible the service is. When they want your business, they are extremely efficient, phone and email within minutes. As soon as you have paid them, expect nothing but radio silence. For a company claiming to be best client for many housing associations, they are far from experts. Where do I even start! I never write reviews so you can imagine how bad they are. To name a few issues I’ve had with them, they are slow, unresponsive to emails or phone, expect them to do thorough enquiries for you – don’t! expect them to proactively chase for outstanding – don’t! don’t understand the report your reading and have questions, don’t bother ask! To top it off, the irony, I bought my property using them but I cant get them to complete the legals for selling! How ridiculous! Getting pressure from all directions, I decided to take things in my own hands, chasing for reports, sending out enquiries to buyers solicitors , answering enquiries for buyers solicitors and still my solicitors doesnt respond to me. I will be writing to the company once this is finally over but I wanted to warn others out there. PS I had to choose a star to allow me to submit the review but that is overly generous!
