I strongly recommend Direction Law. They are absolutely brilliant. We were in a frustrating chain and it was so clear we had the best solicitor. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. We used Direction Law to sell our flat. We had to chase for updates and explanations at every stage. Expectations were poorly managed and response times were very slow. You will not regret paying a few hundred pounds more to go with a different firm and I strongly recommend asking for a referral from someone who has had a good experience when selling their property.
