I was using service for first time/mortgage/lease hold flat purchase. They had not done their homework at all . For exmaple – they asked me to make my own building insurance, while later on invoice i found that i have to pay for building insurance (another one)as it is requerement per lease hold contract. If i would not pay attention – would end up paying for 2 insurances. For me the service was very average, i had to call multiple times to get updates on progress. Would not recommend for a friend.
