If I could put Zero I would, Slow incompetent service.Four months and counting so far for our conveyancing, Anna Manning is either derogatory in the way she speaks to you, or doesn’t have the decency to even walk down a flight of stairs to talk to you. Feel I have to involve Ombudsmen as when I asked to complain, funnily I was handed a “partners” business card , who’s not available to talk to !! A pathetic joke of a solicitors.

If I could give zero star I would, I have been calling and emailing since end of march, trying to get an answer to find out why they have not paid HMRC’s the stamp duty on my house. Each time I am assured it has been paid, but every week I get final demand letters from HMRC’s. Ross Coates cannot be bothered to respond to my calls.

If I could give minus stars I would!! Avoid this firm at all costs they are scum of the earth. They put through false claims against my deceased fathers estate then when it was disputed completely ignored our calls and emails. And that was from the manager. Absolutely disgusting behaviour and they call themselves professionals. Waste of time and money. Save your money and go to a genuine honest firm!
