If I was able to give a 0 zero rating I would, if you are wanting legal advise I would suggest that you go elsewhere, we haven’t been able to get a resolution with them even after 6 months with them, and all they do is charge you for every phone call and email they receive. If you want a firm to speak to the third party directly and provide legal help and charge you with this service then by all means use this firm, this is not what we needed, we wanted a firm that looked after our interests and help us with what we needed to get resolved without talking directly with the third parties, this firm didn’t even make sure that the third parties had legal counsel. Overall a very bad and poor service received, if I was you please find some other firm. This firm has now made our situation even worse and out of pocket.
