if only it would let you give 0 stars because 1 is to many for such a poor company and such poor service, as people have said before there is 0 communication 0 urgeny 0 response and 0 clues caused alot of stress for our first time purchase and they seller threatened to pull out becuase core legal were dragging there hill and lying to us about receiving/waiting for paperwork, 6 months after the purchase we got an email to say they had misplaced our documents and we hadnt been added to land registry yet 6 MONTHS LATER, i wouldnt reccomend to anyone i liked or even disliked its not worth the hassle
