If possible I would give them no stars. I used them to move into my property with no chain. Because of blackhurst budd the completion date was put back twice causing undue stress to what is a very stressful time any way. And now today my in-laws are moving house and the person buying their property is using blackhurst budd. Needless to say it is completion day and low and behold blackhurst are delaying the process again. Everyone is sat waiting, the contracts are signed and my in-laws are sat outside the estate agent waiting for these idiots to send the money over. Do yourself a favour, do not use them!!!! Avoid at all cost
