Initially I was put off by some of the negative reviews, but needed to speak to someone about a difficult issue. I found Jarmans to be really helpful, focussed on client care, approachable and proactive. They were also very honest and explained that almost every single negative review related to old staff and old issues. I feel that online reviews should be used with honesty rather than as a tool to air redundant laundry!
