Me and my partner were considering our options for a conveyance solicitor and received a competitive quote from Direction Law. As a legal professional myself, I was impressed with the level of client care and attentiveness from the firm, especially from Jason Wharfe. When I explained that we were first time buyers purchasing a shared ownership property through a housing association, Jason was understanding and allowed us time to consider our options. I explained to Jason that the housing association had preferences as to which firm of Solicitors we use and that we were considering our option, Jason was polite and courteous and offered general advice and guidance should we need it. Unfortunately, we have opted to instruct an alternate firm of Solicitors due to advice from our financial advisor and the desire for us to use the Housing Association’s panel solicitors however, Direction Law were truly professional prior to any instruction and I can only assume the great service would have continued had we formally instructed. We certainly will consider it next time!
