Michele was both speedy and informative and a pleasure to deal with. It would have been 5 star if it were not for a slightly disappointing email response when trying to ensure speedy payment on completion but to be fair this was not from Michelle as she was on leave. The content of the email may have been correct but it felt abrupt in its response when it could have been ‘softer’ in its tone.
