My poor sister has had no end of trouble with Core Legal. She has called 13 times this week with zero calls back. They do not respond to emails and the only information she has got from a few weeks ago was a lie (said work has been done and is provided – but estate agents and seller solicitors agree they have had no feedback). She has a deadline when she needs to leave her property, it was 4 months from taking these on. All comms was that was fine, but until 4 weeks ago where they have disappeared at the critical time.
