Nice to start with but if you ask questions seem to be quite abrupt rude at times.as if you shouldn’t ask, very rarely spoke to solicitor was always secretary.never even met solicitor. Slow at sending mail,thought things were sorted then would ask for something else,still waiting for one letter.then was sent by email night before completing. what we have to print ??and return.
