Not pleased with them. They had been our choice of solicitors since I moved to the area nearly 50 years ago and they were , at the time helpful and efficient. Recently I required my documents. After many phone calls , each time being promised a call back and an apology . I was advised to send a letter to the Head Partner stating the problem . After two weeks I had still not received a reply ! I eventually had to go in and demand my documents to be handed over there and then . I will never use or trust them again. Very poor service .
