One mistake after the other, the process was delayed by weeks because the person in charge did not check the documents properly, nor kept me in the loop. I had to manage them (yes, *I* had to) otherwise they wouldn’t even check your e-mail. On top of it all: ALL the signed and witnessed documents were lost on the last day and no one offered to help in any way, but I just got a patronising phone call from one of them saying that she “knew” it was a difficult situation, but didn’t really care. Would not recommend.
