Patient and Understanding for First Time Buyer.They took the time to break everything down for us (multiple times), as a first time buyer we had lots of questions and in all honesty I was a bit of a worrier throughout the process, but the staff took the time to call me and reassure me of the process in place and the next steps.Costs where explained clearly at the beginning and they were not overly expensive, certainly not for the amount of time they spent to make sure we were comfortable with each process.Would recommend to family and friends.
