Peter Lathan was the most efficient and competent solicitor I have dealt with in the past 10 years, he is very experienced and certainly knows what is necessary and unecessary. He did the purchase of my house and the sale of my other house (on different occasions) very professionally. Queries were answered quickly and he was always happy to answer the telephone and keep me updated, he also called /emailed me immediately when he needed more information. I was abroad on both occasions when we completed the conveyane and that didn’t affect his work at all. I would certainly use him again!
