Purchasers of my property used these ,had nothing but trouble. Lack of communication with my solicitor and estate agent.When they asked for document’s etc these were sent immediately,but they just proceeded at a snails pace relying on normal mail instead of DX ,email or phone for communication.Even when the purchaser tried to keep it moving along they didn’t appear to bother.I wouldn’t recommend these to anyone.
