RE Nadine Bass & the handling of 33 Mulburry Way (Seller Of 33 Mulburry Way ME10 3FH )Dear Senoir PartnerRE Conyancer Nadine Bass I can only say the whole Handling of our property by Nadine Bass, as the seller has been a debarcle ! Nadine needs to get more experience, but I understand she has been doing the job for a while ! I have given 1 as I can’t give 0 Ms Bass was asking for things from our Solicitor who is (fully qualified ) not a conveyaner ! that should have been dealt with back in November not a week before deadline 1st Mar19 & also asking about matters twice! also re 106 & Landlords Pack, a Management pack was sent via our solicitors too. these were not binding & not nessary in Law . your client got a copy from a friend!The other issue is that as Ms Bass is a Convenyancer, she then has to go & get matters signed off by a Senior Partner Piggy in MIddle ! a week before the deadline Ms Bass was asking nonsenseical Questions, which our Solicitor was having to coach her in ‘Law’ etc.Ms Bass nearly lost her client the sale! as we said if not Exhanged by the Friday 8th Mar 19, we would put it back on Market.I Have bought & sold many properties. I can only say this has been most stressful ! due to Ms Bass. In Future If I sell a Property I will make sure the otherside has a fully qualfied Solicitor !I felt I needed to put this comment Via Google so a senior partner can digest !
