Said they could help with a civil matter but really couldn’t. They just repeated work done by another solicitor even though I’d said it would be ineffective. Consistently got information wrong, very poor at responding to queries. Poor to nonexistent advice on how to proceed. Very good at sending invoices out and chasing them up though. Would recommend them if you enjoy burning money and not seeing any results.
