Sale completed on 6th sep ,retention money was not withheld and now am being told that sellers solicitor has released it ,though I have followed all the instructions provided by Mr John Blake.Support completion team is terrible where communication tone is aggressive -oh we already spoke and now am being told sellers solicitor is responsible and it needs to be taken up with small claims court.How irresponsible and pass the buck from a reputed firm ? How are such staff surviving unless firm is complacent !!I did not choose to write the issue here but no response means no customer service .sorry to say if I had to deal with this Poor service,Could choose online ,solicitors are better atleast in terms of communication.
