Seemed great at first but then my wife and I started to receive very limited updates on what was happening. I made multiple calls whereas I was assured that our Help To Buy ISAs would be dealt with at the end of the purchase for our apartment. Months passed and when the purchase was fulfilled and I asked about the ISAs, I was told that it could no longer apply and no compensation was made for their mistake. Not only did they not admit fault but claimed that we wouldn’t even have received the bonus because we were out of London. After I had confirmed that we were in fact, still in London, they checked on their end and admitted that fault. But as for compensation, we never received so much as a formal apology for what amounts to a significant bonus.If you choose Direction Law, please be aware that you must make every effort to keep on top of every step and phase and if you feel unsure about something, insist until you are happy with your answer. I was much too gullible and as such, lost out on a perk for my first purchase. I will not be using them again for my second purchase.In addition, I have recently found out that they also did not send all the paperwork to the relevant parties and now we are in arrears with some of the local supplies. Once again, I would recommend looking elsewhere just to possibly save yourself from trouble.
