Strange how my review was removed! Horrendous Solicitors do not use!! House sale took 6 months to go through due to lack of communication and lack of chain chasing being told that they dont chase the chain how could you complete a house transaction if you dont chain chase!! . I ended up nearly having a breakdown due to this Solicitor and her staff & lost 4 stone in weight due to the stress & worry. Her staff are v.rude and in the end I chain chased and good job I did being led to believe I was in a chain of two but no we ended up in a chain of 5 and the chain had broken three months into the transaction yet this Solicitor had no idea & were not bothered that I was left in a financial mess. On the day of exchange (after 6 long months) being told by this Solicitor that the chain had broken again but that was false information. So glad to have completed & then had to fight to get my money. I am seriously looking at reporting them to the SRA board to look into this matter. It was only after I moved I found out these were my ex-husband’s Solicitor & they lost was this a bit of payback to treat me so badly. Poor staff, severe lack of communication & would have given a -50 star.
