The sale of our parents house took much longer than expected. We accepted an offer at the end of August 2019,we finally completed mid February 2020. We were initially told completion would probably be by end of October, then by end of November. On a couple of occasions we rang to find out what was happening, we were told someone would call us back, this didn’t happen!! Felt like we were being kept in the dark. Unacceptable.
