The department in question did not address my concerns or resolve the issue. They helped whilst the person in question was on holiday but they handed it back to him upon his return. The poor service then just started again forcing me to write again which would suggest it was not really taken seriously.Rather than saying sorry we did not meet your expectations, implying they were too high and you had done nothing wrong, it would be better to accept and acknowledge your shortcomings and then people might just believe you are serious about customer service.
