They had done a lot of work for us in the past thousands of pounds all our savings had gone on bills to this solicitor, who would not even represent us in court, and instead called in somebody else who knew little about the case and was an embarrassment.Nonetheless, called them about getting some straightfoward paperwork done and they did not even have the courtesy to call me back as promised. Really disappointing and my family and I will not be using them again. For the price you expect a better quality service.
