This firm acted for the seller of my house back last year. We completed December 20th and they are yet to finish their side of things so that the house can be put in my name. I had planned on buying doing up and then selling and now I have to sit around and wait for them to get their act together before I can even put it back on the market. 4 months and no progress. And they haven’t even responded to my lawyers in a month!
