I experienced this first hand, with the purchase of our house taking nearly 6 months, the buyer nearly pulling out and extra charges (despite being told our quote was the final price)I stupidly paid for an expedited service, however they didn’t complete within the timescale promised AND then refused to refund advising it was company policy not to do so.Buyer beware, do your research, they may seem cheap but the extra fees make them more expensive by the end and you’ll wish you avoided after all the stress!
