took nearly 3 years for a v basic claim. Terrible communication. I had to get a letter sent to him from the ombudsman before anything got moving. when the cheques were sent, mine was lost and his was cashed. then at the final hurdle, he had spotted I’d given a scathing review on Google, he tried to withhold payment.Really bad experience bordering on nightmare, stay clear.
