Tried to arrange an appointment with a family law solicitor. Was told someone would call me back that afternoon or on the follwoing working day. Had to call 3 times, didn’t get to speak to a solicitor once, only a very rude receptionist who insisted they were calling that afternoon. I rang at 5pm only to get their answer phone – they’d gone home for the day.Left a message asking if they were ever getting back to me, still haven’t heard. I booked an appointment with Eric Robinson instead. Called, spoke to a Solicitor immediately and had an appointment for the same week.
