Tried twice to make contact via email and then via online chat. I didn’t get any kind of response at to any of the emails. Managed to have an online chat but the result of the conversation led to a promise by the online helper for contact soon after. But that didn’t happen. I ended up going somewhere else to look for help. Zero service provided, only wasted time on my part. Therefore definitely wouldn’t recommend.
