Very hit and miss, moments of competence and care when guiding you through the after sales process of exchange and completion. However, those brief moments were outweighed greatly by long periods of little or no communication. My wife and I needing to constantly chase our solicitor to find out what was going on with our sale. Was told by our new home provider they were fantastic, I would NOT use them again due to their regular incompetence and poor comms.
