Very poor professional performance in relation to transferring a title deed for a property. I’ve left 3 Ansaphone messages on the desk phone of the allocated Solicitor dealing with the transfer asking him to call me back to discuss payment. i’m still waiting on any of these calls being actioned.In summary not impressed with the service! Only went there because I had prepaid for a Trust Fund to be set up. It appears that once they have your money the service level drops off. Had to allocate one star as it wouldn’t let me post otherwise.
