The costs spiralled toward the end when they had failed to discover management costs of 400 pounds that needed paying a couple of days before completion which wasn’t ideal . I found out we had completed from the estate agent . To pay someone well over a grand to be ignored and looked down on is appalling and that’s why solitors / conveyancers have a bad name
