We were led down a very traumatic and erroneous path by a previous firm who nearly lost us our case due to ineptitude and poor professionalism, but thanks to Nick Dudman we were set going again and his valuable efforts stood firm against the bullish behaviour of his opposite number as he battled on our behalf.Our only regret is/was that they were unable to help with our probate issue but we will certainly use Rundlewalker again should other issues arise in the future.Thank you Nick, we will keep in touch. We had a lot of problems with completion of our new home. The builders made things very difficult! However, the Direction Law team were brilliant. Great communication, always there to help and talk to, with friendly, reassuring advice, and got things done when it mattered. I was worried that with all the emails and phone calls, and the extra work they put in on our behalf, that I would be charged extra for their time. I was charged what I was quoted. I would without hesitation recommend Direction Law.

We had a terrible experience buying our first home off plan after the developers recommended Direction Law, some of the issues we had are still affecting us now we’re trying to sell the house:1. They never answer the phone and deliberately avoid your number after a while. You have to waste hours chasing them for responses.2. They lost our paperwork on more than one occasion3. They were so slow getting paperwork sorted we had to pay for 2 valuations as the first expired.4. They overcharged us on our final bill (paid us back a year later)5. They never registered us with the NHBC to activate our buildmark warranty.6. They are now claiming they have lost all the paperwork from the original development and sale and don’t have copies. (4 years later)7. They do not offer support to first time buyers who are unfamiliar with the process of buying. So bad we will never use them again and we would not recommend them to anyone.

We had a very good experience with Jennifer M. at Napthens in the purchase of a home last year. For the most part, Jennifer was quick to respond to any emails or phone calls. More importantly, Jennifer and her team got our house to completion quickly and without delay. We are selling a home soon, and we intend to use their services again. The only reason I’ve given 4 stars instead of 5 is because they are a bit pricey, but I guess you get what you pay for, as they say.
