Worst of the firm, Yes the staff if polite but pretty useless.I chose them reading reviews but seems untrue. Initially they said are in panel for the bank and after few weeks said they are not, checked with bank they were in panel its just they are using thrid party solicitor which bank do not allow, seems they dont do conveyancing themselves but outsource. I had to change solicitor and sellers solicitor asked them to return the contract which they told me they have and later after seller’s solicitor calling them up said they have passed file to costing department (gave no contact) and lied to me a week ago saying its been refunded 10 days ago. Now repeatedly asking them to return the contract as they cannot provide the conveyancing service no response or reply from their team. In-fact which searching specified that mortgage bank name which they said do provide service later only to find they cannot. Refunding fee also took 3 -4 weeks of chasing up with their team. They dont care after taking money unless they have more money to fetch from you! They are cheap but not a great team of people. Avoid if you need to pay a lil more. I am still waiting for them to return the contract so seller’s solicitor can send a new one to my new solicitor and this has already eaten up 3-4 weeks of my time and many calls and emails to them.
